Have you received an item that you are happy with, but would like to exchange it for a different size? Unfortunately, exchange is not possible. The fastest way to receive the correct item is to return the item and place a new order with the correct size.
All orders placed before 11:00 PM on workdays will be shipped immediately.
If for any reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course contact you as soon as possible.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link leading directly to the tracking page.
Are there customs duties and taxes?
There are no customs and duties for orders from the European Union.
For international orders - if your package has duties and taxes, customs or carrier will notify you. Unfortunately, these charges are out of our control and we are not responsible for customs and duties.
If you refuse to pay customs, the package will be returned to us.
